The BEST Pumpkin Spice Latte Recipe (Dairy-Free)!

Pumpkin spice and everything nice is definitely a fall staple. Even if you don't like pumpkin, you have to admit that pumpkins are the face of fall! From pumpkin patches to pumpkin pie and carving pumpkins to the infamous pumpkin spice latte! We've tried a whole bunch of different recipes and this is the perfect vegan pumpkin spice latte. Of course, if you don't want to use non-dairy milk then you can swap it for any milk of your choice.

Here's What You'll Need for the MOST DELICIOUS PSL EVER...

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Agave or Maple Syrup

  • 2 tbsp Pumpkin Puree

  • ½ tsp Pumpkin Spice Mix

  • ½ cup Unsweetened Non-Dairy Milk

  • ½ Cup Coffee (or 1-2 shots of Espresso)

  • Vegan Whipped Cream

Directions

  • In a small pot over medium-low heat, add the agave or maple syrup and pumpkin puree. Stir, then add the pumpkin pie spice mix and the non-dairy milk. Warm the mixture, but don't bring it to a boil.

  • Once warm, turn off the heat and add the coffee (or espresso shots) and stir. Add more agave or maple syrup for a sweeter drink.

  • Pour into a mug and top with vegan whipped cream.

  • Sprinkle a little more pumpkin pie spice mix on top and enjoy!
